Career Action Points
Step 1. Create a list of 10 jobs you find fascinating. Use the internet/talk to friends to make this list. Make sure this list is practical, but at the same time captures the essence of what you want to do.
Step 2. Find people who are doing that job either online or in person and contact them. Email/call/connect with those people and ask them about their job. Most people are more than willing to help you get the answers that you need, if you’re willing to ask.
Step 3. Narrow the list down to 5 after talking to people who are actually in that workplace. Now that you have somewhat of an idea as to what the job entails, you should be able to cross some off the list. With the remaining five (or six), list them from favorite to least favorite. These are the jobs you are going to apply to, and eventually try.

Step 2. Gather all relevant information. Get together all the information you need to help you finish your resume. Think about all your past jobs and when you worked there.
Step 3. Just do it. Stop procrastinating, and get it done. The sooner you finish this and do a good job with it, the sooner you can start applying to jobs.
Use Myers Briggs to Help Find Your Ideal Job
Step 1. Go take the Myers Briggs test here. The first step in using the Myers Briggs test to give you career ideas is to just take the test!
Step 2. Go look at your personality portrait here. After taking a the test, read the personality portrait and be amazed at how accurate it is! (And thought provoking). If you scored close to 50/50 on some of the four components, then you may want to check the counterpart. So, for instance, let’s say that you are an ENFP but you scored 50/50 on the P/J component. Then you may also want to look at the portrait of an ENFJ.
Step 3. Go look at different career ideas for your temperament here. After getting an idea of what your temperament is like, go look at the various careers your personality type usually choose to pursue. Now you have some ideas as to what types of jobs people like you have been successful in! Good luck!
